Jays trade preferences/needs

What I look for & how I trade (mid and high end):

I trade by sell value mainly, but also trends,"like factor", comparable cards, etc. I only trade by book value if the sell value of the same cards in the same condition is even or in my favor.

Preference is on graded cards (no BCCG or off brands) and rare inserts. I will trade for unopened cards as well as authenticated memorabilia, but no sets. I typically won't do non-rare raw cards, even vintage. No preferences on teams or players as long as they fall under these guidelines. *I will buy/trade for low pop Pristine's (BGS 10/SGC 100) at a premium, especially BGS w/ quad 10 subs. If you are having problems getting rid of your Pristine's let me know. I will also take scratched graded cards.*
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I am particularly looking to trade for (or buy) cards with no qualifiers that are in the top 5 or 10% of the graded population for that card (minimum of 100 unless BGS 10 but I will make exceptions). I may consider a higher % if there are no cards above that grade as well. Mainly want BGS & PSA, but will consider SGC as well. My requirements & examples:

If total population= less than 2500 - grade must represent no more than 10% its population. (Modern cards must also be more scarce than the set average for that condition). Example: 1985 Topps John Elway

Total Combined Population: 1509 I would consider PSA 10 or BGS 9.5 (0.5%). May consider PSA 9/BGS 9 (still in top 8.5%)

If total population: 2501-5000 - grade must represent no more than 5% of its population. Example: 1986-87 Fleer Magic Johnson

Total Combined Population: 2605 I would consider PSA 10 or BGS 9.5 (4.5%)

If total population: >5000 - grade must represent no more than 5% and must be a star card. Example: 1989 UD Ken Griffey Jr.

Total Combined Population: 86135 I would consider BGS 10 (0.8%) and PSA 10 or BGS 9.5 (4.2%)

Low End/PC/Set Wants:

I will trade by any method on low end, but it needs to be worth the postage. Currently working on a Magic Johnson super collection. I will generally only trade my lower end stuff for PC wants or it also makes for a nice "throw in" to sweeten a deal. I collect Todd Christiansen (former Raider), Jay Howell (former Dodger/A/Yankee), Rajon Rondo and most HOFers as well for my PC.
