Have a few of these tough to get team sets. These cards are very tiny -- smaller than the Topps mini cards.
Here are the following trade values -- same for either 1991 or 1993 Topps:
$3.50 each --

(2) Chicago Cubs (Sandberg)
(3) Baltimore Orioles (Ripken)-out
(4) Pittsburg Pirates (Bonds)
$3.00 each --
(1) Seattle Mariners (Griffey Jr)

(3) New York Yankees (Mattingly)
$2.50 each --
(1) California Angels (Abbott)
(2) Milwaukee Brewers (Yount)
(3) St Louis Cardinals (O. Smith)
$2.00 each --
(1) SF Giants (Will Clark)
(2) San Diego Padres (Gwynn)
(3) Chicago White Sox (F. Thomas)
$1.00 each -- all others, if available.
Each team set has from 24-30 cards.
