The Topps Company, Inc., the exclusive producer of Major League Baseball trading
cards, has announced that it has
signed baseball’s # 1 Draft Pick Stephen Strasburg to an exclusive
agreement. The multi-year deal grants Topps exclusive rights for autographed
cards, game-used memorabilia cards and Strasburg’s image use on packaging and
advertising. Topps will also offer a limited edition line of autographed
memorabilia items.

More very cool Strasburg cards coming to market soon! Topps‘ next baseball card
release will be the always highly anticipated Triple Threads set, which will
include the first game-used jersey cards of Stephen Strasburg – both standard
swatches and patches — as well as on-card autographs of the highly touted
Washington Nationals pitcher. Topps also confirmed sticker autographs for
Platinum, redemption cards for Topps 206, all autographs in Triple Threads
on-card and in packs.

The Topps Heritage Stephen Strasburg card was a very popular item
with collectors from the moment Topps announced the redemption program. Early
eBay sales have the National exclusive card selling between $80-$100.

Strasburg's Topps Heritage Card Exclusive to The National
Collectors opening 10 packs of 2010 Topps/Bowman branded baseball cards (except
Topps Attax, Topps Opening Day and the .99 cent Topps Cello Pack) at the Topps
booth will receive Stephen Strasburg’s 2010 Topps Heritage card (# NCC1). The
card, which will be sequentially numbered to 999, will be available in
designated quantities and at designated times from Wednesday, August 4th to
Sunday August 8th. The card will be limited to one copy per person per day.

Topps Sterling baseball will be hitting the shelves in early November.
Washington Nationals pitcher Stephen Strasburg is listed on three autographed
Relic cards in the preliminary checklist — one three-piece autograph, one
four-piece autograph and one five-piece autograph-all in the Touched By
Greatness set. Strasburg and Jason Heyward are the only active rookies on those
higher-end card checklists. Strasburg also can be found on the Relic and
autographed Relic checklists.

Stephen Strasburg Red Autograph 1/1 AUTO is heading to an auction house Huggins
& Scott Auctions.

* Will this Stephen Strasburg card #401 be the hottest mini baseball card of the
year?
This card will be passionately sought after in the latest version of Topps Allen
& Ginter Baseball Card release tomorrow June 30th. This is a mini card and
hence will not have the RC logo on it, but rest assured it's a rookie and
definitely one worth owning. The card will also be available as
an autograph redemption!
* Unfortunately the red 1/1 Strasburg auto card was pulled from auction due to
numerous fraudulent bids.
* The
1/1 Stephen Strasburg SuperFractor sold for $25,000.00.
